This moved me, thank you for publishing it here, Kurt Vonnegut has such a clear voice that he brings to life events with few words that leave so much to the imagination nothing is left unsaid. So much that he and millions of others would never forget.
Yes it was good and tied in the destruction of Dresden, there are pictures of it before the war. The destruction was to level the old beautiful tartarian buildings that still stood. There was no other reason for it but to hide from us the conditions before the last reset.
